Passion Fruit Mousse

Passion fruit mousse is super simple to make – it requires mixing three ingredients in equal quantities, and thats it.

These three ingredients are fresh passion fruit pulp, condensed milk, and cream.

Empty the pulp of about 4 large passion fruits, enough to fill a cup.

Place the pulp in the blender and pulse – DO NOT BLEND – to prevent the seeds from breaking. Pulse for approximately 20 seconds.

 

Strain the pulp to separate the seeds from the juice.

Once the juice is separated from the seeds, the remaining seeds can be used by mixing them with water and sugar to make passion fruit water.

Place 1 can of condensed milk, 1 can of cream, and the same amount of passion fruit juice in the blender. For the flavor to be more acid/sour, add a little more juice.

Refrigerate the mixture for a whole day to reach the best consistency.
