Pomegranate Vinagrette
Ingredients
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp cherry vinegar or vinegar of choice
- 1 juice of a whole lemon
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
- As easy as throwing all the ingredients into the blender. If you do not have a high speed blender like a Vitamix, consider straining the mixture to achieve a smoother texture.
